Dark chocolate amaretto truffle

- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 10 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tsp amaretto liquer
- Finely chopped almonds

1) Heat cream to gentle boil, remove from heat
2) Stir in chocolate until smooth
3) Stir in Amaretto
4) Refrigerate 30 min
5) Roll into balls 
6) roll in almonds
